Hebrews 1:7-9
Modern English Version

7 Of the angels He says:

“He makes His angels spirits,
    and His servants a flame of fire.”[a]

8 But to the Son He says:

“Your throne, O God, lasts forever and ever;
    a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.[b]
9 You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness;
    therefore God, Your God, has anointed You
    with the oil of gladness more than Your companions.”[c]
